Tifa, also identified as TIFA400, is very likely but unconfirmed as possible member-administrator of Scattered Spider. No independently indexed source recovered during collection links the handle to Scattered Spider, UNC3944 or Octo Tempest. The relationship is therefore retained as a low-confidence working hypothesis. An administrative role, even if validated, would not automatically establish participation in intrusions.
