WizardSec is an Indian-aligned hacktivist persona whose recoverable public footprint is dominated by third-party amplification of claimed operations against Bangladesh. Indexed posts attribute a Bangladesh Navy Submarine Branch data breach to the persona and, in March 2026, claim access to 11 Dhaka SCADA-linked water-management interfaces. No victim confirmation, forensic telemetry, stable actor-controlled channel, legal identity or independently analyzed exploit chain was recovered. The profile therefore supports identity and intent assessment more strongly than technical capability or impact attribution.
