Customer-provided content and private tenant content are excluded from iQBlack ownership to the extent defined by contract or applicable law. Unless an agreement states otherwise, customers retain rights to their own inputs and private content. iQBlack retains rights to the iQBlack Threat Intelligence Platform, its modules and services, software, visual systems, templates and standard deliverable structures.

PRODUCT NAMES, MARKS AND VISUAL IDENTITIES

iQBlack, IQBLACK, iQBlack Threat Intelligence Platform, 3C-INT, 2C-INT, CardINT, SIGNAL, associated logos, product names and visual identities are brand identifiers used by iQBlack and may be protected under applicable trademark, service-mark or unfair-competition laws. Unless expressly stated, this notice should not be read as a claim that every listed name is a registered trademark. Other marks appearing in the Services belong to their respective owners.

CUSTOMER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SOURCES AND OSINT

References, quotations, screenshots, source material, datasets, trademarks or other third-party content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Inclusion in an intelligence product or OSINT reference library does not transfer ownership to iQBlack or the customer and does not imply endorsement.

EXPORTS, DIAGRAMS AND ATTRIBUTION

Exports such as diagrams, SVG/PNG files, reports or other artifacts may include iQBlack branding and attribution unless customer branding is enabled by configuration or contract. Required attribution and trademark notices may not be removed except where an applicable agreement expressly permits it.
