TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of IQBLACK’s websites, the iQBlack Threat Intelligence Platform, applications, intelligence modules and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. SCOPE, PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CHANGES

Some Services may present additional product-specific terms, privacy notices, disclosures or acceptance flows. Those materials supplement these Terms for the relevant Service. A signed order, proposal or agreement governs to the extent it expressly conflicts with these public Terms. IQBLACK may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date below identifies the latest revision.

2. ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Access to particular Services or capabilities may depend on role, tenant or organization scope, entitlement, plan, access window or other authorization controls. IQBLACK may suspend or terminate access to protect service integrity, customers or users.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes (a) illegal activity, (b) harassment, doxxing, stalking or targeted intimidation, (c) unauthorized access attempts, credential stuffing or exploitation of vulnerabilities, (d) distributing malware or facilitating harm, (e) circumventing access controls, entitlements or rate limits, and (f) copying, scraping or re-publishing content beyond permitted use.

4. INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS, SIGNALS, INFERENCES AND RELIANCE

The Services may include summaries, analytical narratives, hypotheses, diagrams, visualizations, OSINT references, structured mappings, relationship context, exposure signals and other intelligence outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, time-bounded, corpus-bounded, outdated or subject to analytical uncertainty. A relationship, indicator, exposure signal or absence of results does not by itself prove attribution, coordination, fraud, compromise, responsibility or absence of activity outside available coverage. You remain responsible for operational, legal and business decisions made from the information provided.

5. CUSTOMER DATA, PRIVATE CONTENT AND SENSITIVE IDENTIFIERS

Some Services support private or tenant-scoped content. Access may be restricted by role, ownership, ACL, organization scope or entitlement. IQBLACK treats customer private content as confidential and does not intentionally disclose it to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to operate or protect the Services through authorized providers, or as authorized by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient rights and authority for data they upload or submit. Sensitive identifiers must be submitted only through purpose-built authenticated workflows that expressly support them; do not send PAN, credentials, secrets or authentication material through general website, newsletter or contact forms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

IQBLACK owns the Services and related software, designs, templates, iconography, documentation and non-customer content, subject to third-party rights. Except for rights expressly granted by an applicable agreement, no license is granted to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or create derivative works from the Services.

7. EXPORTS, REPORTS AND BRANDING

Certain Services may allow exports of diagrams, data, reports or other artifacts. Unless configuration or contract states otherwise, exports may include IQBLACK branding or attribution. Customer-specific branding, where available, is governed by the applicable plan or agreement. Required attribution or trademark notices may not be removed.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS, SOURCES AND CONTENT

The Services may reference or link to third-party resources, source material and external services. IQBLACK does not control those resources and is not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices or independent content. Inclusion of a reference does not imply endorsement or transfer ownership of third-party material.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Not every Service, module or capability is available to every account. Evaluation, pilot or temporary access may be time-limited or may change during testing. Availability, response times, support commitments and service levels are binding only when expressly stated in an applicable commercial agreement.

10. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IQBLACK DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IQBLACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THEIR OUTPUTS, SUBJECT TO ANY DIFFERENT TERMS IN AN APPLICABLE AGREEMENT.

12. CONTACT
